The site uses no tracking cookies, advertising networks or third-party analytics. Fonts and images load from this domain. Your light or dark theme preference is saved only in your browser; no visitor profile is built.

This page explains which data this website uses and how to contact me about your privacy.
The contact form
When you contact me, I use your name, e-mail address, optional organisation and message to answer your question and discuss a possible engagement. The form sends this information by e-mail and has no database of its own. My mailbox is provided by Namecheap Private Email; the mail provider processes and stores messages to deliver that service. I do not add you to a mailing list. In an initial enquiry, share only what is needed to discuss your question.
Server logs
Delivering and securing the website involves technical information such as the IP address, time and requested page. The website does not use this information to build visitor profiles. The contact function also temporarily limits the number of requests per IP address to prevent abuse.
Your rights
Depending on the processing, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. One e-mail to mike@modvili.nl suffices. If we cannot resolve it together, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
